Cookbook Giveaway – Chicken The New Classics

Chicken: The New Classics by Marcus Bean shares more than 100 recipes for one of my favorite proteins. I am sometimes the recipient of flack for making so many chicken dishes but it is versatile, reasonably priced, and everyone in our house loves it.
