Pitmaster: Recipes, Techniques, and Barbecue Wisdom by Andy Husbands and Chris Hart is the definitive guide to becoming a barbecue aficionado and top-shelf cook, whether you’re new to the grill or a seasoned vet.

    Waaahhhh…(genuine Aussie sobs & sniffles)……of all the comps to be USA only not this one lol…….Seriously, if you're an EYB member from the USA and don't enter this contest I have to question your love of food (vegans & vegetarians excused from my wrath lol).     mmm, i love grilling. cornbread with honey, butter, and sea salt, i'm a sucker for johnniecake…garlicky coleslaw, grilled duck with spicy watermelon glaze, hickory smoked turkey breast, pickled jalapenos and onions, peach ice cream, pickled watermelon rind, barbecued goat curry, gingerbread butter cake…this book is gorgeous!

    It's ambitious… but the Eastern NC whole hog. We have a restaurant supply that sells suckling pigs, and my stepson is a chef and we could tag team it.
