Grown & Gathered – Cookbook Giveaway

Grown & Gathered: Traditional Living Made Modern by Matt and Lentil Purbrick shares the couple’s growing, gathering, preserving and cooking secrets. It is a guide to traditional skills in a modern world whether you have acres of land or a few potted herbs on a balcony.

    Sourdough culture would be the one, as great bread can go with basically anything you make after (household cost saver too making your own).

    Anything sourdough, as I run out of stuff to do with my starter sometimes. My husband loves cold brew, so probably that one. Eggs and beans are right up his alley too. And, anything with tomatoes, because I love growing them.

    i love anything sourdough, those sourdough buckwheat crepes sound awesome! anything fermented, really–mm, honey ginger beer, too. pear and eggplant pickles?! and savory breakfast is the way to go in my book, i love the idea of greens and kimchi pancakes. oh man, miso eggplant. wild duck ramen. carrot crepes. i need this book.
