    The first recipe I would make is the lamb shoulder braised with dried Mexican chiles and borlotti beans. Yum!

    I would make the Honey and Walnut Tart as I adore honey. Whenever we travel all over the world, I find a jar of honey to bring home. I also love all nuts and remember the local walnuts when I lived for a few years in India.

    These books always have so many recipes I want to try. Such as Gruyère and bacon quiche, burnt caramel ice cream, buttermilk panna cotta with macerated strawberries, or seafood paella. But that's not even all of the ones I'm excited about!
