Cookbook Giveaway – Vibrant India

Vibrant India: Fresh Vegetarian Recipes from Bangalore to Brooklyn by Chitra Agrawal, the chef and owner of Brooklyn Delhi, takes us on a culinary journey to her mother’s hometown of Bangalore and back to Brooklyn. As I state in the review post, this book really blows up my skirt – I love it!

    I'm just starting to learn how to cook Indian food and this book looks exciting. I would start with the Yogurt rice with pomegranate and mint. The colors would be beautiful!

    Everything is so tempting! Mung bean and quinoa crepe (Pesarattu) and Dosa and anything 'pancake-y' — this book sounds like we could keep eating from it for a long time!

    I have been waiting for this book to come out for awhile, so I'm really excited about multiple recipes, but the first one I saw just now that I want to make is the Cucumber, sprouted mung bean, and pomegranate salad.
