    Okiay I am going with something soooooo Southern and I actually live in Tennessee ….plus my mother, who is British, was born and raised in India her first 22 years so I have eaten plenty of Indian food – she cooked it daily when I was growing up. meshing these two together is a terrific idea! This book is right up my alley!
