Cookbook Giveaway – Ima Cuisine

Ima Cuisine: An Israeli Mother’s Kitchen by Yael Shochat with David Cohen was published last year in New Zealand where Middle Eastern food is gaining popularity.

For more information on these cookbooks, please see our review post,  which also shares a recipe for a Pear and Ginger Upside-Down Cake.

We are pleased to offer one copy of this title in our giveaway open to our EYB Members in New Zealand and Australia only. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post.

Which recipe in the index would you try first?

Please note that you must be logged into the Rafflecopter contest before posting or your entry won’t be counted. If you are not already a Member, you can join at no cost. The contest ends at midnight on August 5th.
