I love Joan Nathan's cookbooks – I own Quiches, Kugels, and Couscous and always find the perfect holiday dishes in it. I also love the stories she shares. I would love a copy of King Solomon's Table – as a cook, food writer, but especially as a Jew discovering Jewish recipes from other countries and other cultures fascinates me.
