    Any one-pot dish out of my rice cooker and "The Ultimate Rice Cooker Cookbook": Japanese-style rice with toppings, Greek feta and shrimp pilaf, spiced millet, etc.! Would love to win this as time is at a premium in my household!

    In the summer, it's a big salad of whatever, really–some sort of greens, lots of chopped vegetables (and often fruit), seeds, nuts, and more. In the winter, it's miso soup/stew with dried seaweed and mushrooms and whatever vegetables need to be used up (potatoes and root vegetables are the best here).
