Each recipe was selected for the story it tells, and combined the recipes acknowledge the foundations of the cuisine and demonstrate how it has transitioned to the variations found today.
You can learn more about the cookbook by reading co-author Kristina Gill’s story of how she fell in love with Rome and wanted to tell the story of its food.
