There are so many great cultures that put a premium on vegetarian food. Indian is probably the best example, but when I really want something vegetarian and simple, I probably go to Mexican the most. All those yummy beans…

I tend to start with Indian, although I've also had good luck with Mexican.

  • VeganCaityCat  on  June 24, 2016

Indian food is the most obvious because there are so many delicious vegan/vegetarian dishes already. And those that have meat or dairy are easy to veganize with nondairy yogurt, veggies, or even seitan/tofu. Middle Eastern cuisine is also really growing on me.
