Cookbook giveaway – Maggie Beer’s Winter Harvest and Spring Harvest
September 28, 2015 by DarcieTwo books from one of Australia’s best-loved cooks are up for grabs in our latest contest. Anyone who appreciates the pleasures of sourcing, cooking and sharing seasonal food will enjoy these books, Maggie Beer’s Winter Harvest Recipes and Maggie Beer’s Spring Harvest Recipes.
Winter Harvest contains recipes to make use of the season’s greens and root vegetables like cavolo nero, celeriac, and leeks, alongside hearty dishes such as Roast pork belly with verjuice and Seville marmalade glaze. Spring Harvest focuses on fresh, vibrant flavors and colors featuring asparagus and beets, plus refreshing treats like Stephanie’s honey and lavender ice cream.
We’re delighted to offer five copies of each book to EYB Members in Australia only (finally a contest for you!). Both books are combined into one contest. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:
Which season’s food excites you the most and why?
Please note that you must be signed
into the Rafflecopter contest before posting the comment or your
entry won’t be counted. Entries from non-Members or from Members
outside Australia will be discarded. If you are not already a
Member, you can join at no
cost. The contest ends October 26, 2015. (All times and dates
are U.S. Eastern Time.)
