Cookbook giveaway – Make Ahead Bread

Make Ahead BreadDonna Currie always knew she would write a book. At first she thought it would be a fantasy novel, but luckily for us she turned to writing about food. Her cookbook Make Ahead Bread provides time-stressed bakers with an easier method for making fresh bread, rolls, and baked goods. You can learn more about how making bread ahead is not only easier, but also results in better bread, in our author interview.

We’re delighted to offer three copies of Make Ahead Bread to EYB Members. Click on the contest below to view all entry options. One of the options is to answer the following question in the comments below:

What bread, roll, or baked good would you make more often if it were easier?

Please note that you must enter the comment after signing into Rafflecopter or your entry won’t be counted. The contest ends December 7, 2014.

An everyday bread that was quick and easy that the whole family would enjoy. Like many, I don't make bread very often. Love the idea of an overnight rise in the fridge and think breaking it down like this would make it seem like less of a time challenge…
