We love cherry and grape tomatoes. But let’s face it, it can be a
bit laborious to slice each one in half — an imperative step for
maximizing their surface exposure to dressing, etc. So we were very
impressed by this easy tip from the big girls small
kitchen blog that shows how to slice 15 cherry tomatoes
all at the same time, just using two plastic container lids. Check it out
here.
And what to do with those tomatoes once sliced? For ideas, browse through this selection of indexed tomato cookbooks owned and highly rated by our members. Or try one of the more than 1,000 online recipes using small tomatoes.
