Great grilling tips

Monday’s holiday in the US marks the unofficial start to grilling season, although plenty of people love to grill year-round. There is something about the long days and return to warmer temperatures that makes it extra special at this time of the year. Whether you are getting ready to dust off the trusty Weber kettle grill or have something more upscale like a Big Green Egg, you can find plenty of tips, advice, and recipes at BBC Good Food’s “Boss the BBQ”.

They have you covered whether you want easy barbecue recipes, are looking for new sides or salads to serve with your main dish, or want to venture outside the traditional with vegan barbecue options. The site also features buying guides for charcoal, electric, and gas grills, tips on how to light a traditional charcoal grill, safety tips, how to use wood with your grill, and more.

The EYB Library is also a great resource for recipe ideas, and as Jenny mentioned in the weekly review, our grilling Pinterest board has plenty of options as well. Here are a few Member favorite BBQ/grilling recipes from the Library:

One of my favorite grilling cookbooks is “Emeril at the Grill”. We are entertaining friends at our cabin this holiday weekend and I’ve made the Tequila Grilled Chicken and the Korean Short Ribs from that book.
