Upcoming cookbook news, author events, recipes, EYBD Previews and more
May 16, 2025 by JennyIt is time again to highlight a few more upcoming titles that I have recently added to our 2025 Cookbook Preview Post.
Yann Couvreur’s upcoming September release Yann Couvreur’s Pastry is one of many books that I am looking forward to. It is the English edition of his 2017 French title La Pâtisserie de Yann Couvreur. Diana Henry has Around the Table – 52 Essays on Food & Life coming out in October and Persiana Easy is set for publication in August by Sabrina Ghayour. Padma Lakshmi has Padma’s All American: Tales, Travels, and Recipes from Taste the Nation and Beyond planned for November. Australia has some great books coming out as well including The Japanese Pantry: From Sake to Soy, Essential Ingredients for Japanese Home Cooking by Emiko Davies and Mali Bakes: Make and Decorate the Retro Cakes of your Dreams by Patti Chimkire. From Canada we have Anna Cooks: 125+ Delicious & Achievable Recipes for Every Meal of the Day by Anna Olson and Bread Etc.: Recipes + Techniques for Baking with Sourdough, Yeasted Dough, Pizza Dough + More by Matthew James Duffy to add to our wishlists.
