Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen by Gonzalo Guzmán and Stacy Adimando is a stunner of a book from the head chef at San Francisco’s popular restaurant by the same name. For more information on this cookbook, please see our review and recipe post.

    Lots of tasty sounding dishes. I'd love to learn to make my own tortillas. But the Mexican Style Stewed Steak sounds similar to a recipe my neighbor used to make so I'd try that first.
