For more information on this title, please see our review and recipe post which shares a recipe for Raspberry and Oreo Cheesecake. Sounds simple right? It is very approachable, but it’s presentation will have your guests thinking you enrolled in pastry school.  

In our contest, we are pleased to offer five copies of this title to our EYB Members in the US and Canada.

    We love Rhubarb in season . So I would try the Rhubarb Summer Cake. A good old fashioned cake.

    A have a weakness for blueberry bars -so that's what I would try first. Although I would be very tempted to try the raspberry Oreo cheesecake first too. I might decide to make both at the same time!

    I would first make the Rhubarb Summer Cake, here in central Florida we'll be seeing fresh Rhubarb and I could decorate with our spring strawberries as well
