Cookbook Giveaway – Soup Swap

    My favorite soup is one my mother made for me using beef short ribs and her home made hand rolled egg noodles. She only used onion, carrots, celery, parsley, salt and pepper to make the broth but it always had such depth of flavor.

    It's hard to choose just one! I love diferent ones for different seasons… gazpacho in summer for sure! I love good chicken soup with matzoh balls, chowders, red lentil soup, any kind of asian noodle soup or miso soup, a good vichysoisse (just made a zucchini kale one)…. just also made an Ottolenghi corn and squash soup with chipotle….
