just announced a humanitarian cookbook project aimed to help
food relief efforts for Syrian refugees. Profits from the book,
Soup for Syria, will be donated to
the refugee agency UNHCR. The book, authored by food writer
and cookbook author Barbara Abdeni Massaad, features
recipes from the world’s most famous chefs.
The need for food relief for the hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing the war-torn area continues to grow.
