It may not be the biggest kitchen issue, but learning to wrap a burrito so it doesn’t fall apart is not only a useful bit of information, but surprisingly useful in other ways – it works for sandwich wraps, enchiladas, and other items as well. So thanks to the Kitchn for realizing that there should be a tutorial on How to Wrap a Burrito (So It Doesn’t Fall Apart). The step-by-step instructions, accompanies by photos are quite clear, so check it out if you lack this skill.
And here are a couple of unusual recipes from the EYB library to practice on: Grilled Salmon Burrito with Goat Cheese and Cucumber Salsa as well as Slow cooker recipe for sweet potato and black bean burrito with lime.
