Pizza Night and Emile Henry Pizza Stone Giveaway
May 3, 2024 by JennyEnter our US giveaway to win a copy of Pizza Night: Deliciously Doable Recipes for Pizza and Salad by Alexandra Stafford along with a Emile Henry pizza stone – in addition EYB is providing one copy of the book worldwide. Alexandra has a few events remaining on her book tour including an Ask Me Anything event in the Food52 Cookbook Club group on May 9th.
Pizza Night: Deliciously Doable Recipes for Pizza and Salad by Alexandra Stafford is the second book from the author of Bread Toast Crumbs. Bread Toast Crumbs is an incredible book and if you don’t already have that title – look into it!
In Pizza Night, the author presents four simple doughs – thin-crust, Neapolitanish, pan, and gluten-free (plus sourdough variations) – and easy techniques for perfecting your crust. From there you can make a variety of pizzas that you can make the same day or ahead; make it extra cheesy and decadent or go the healthy road – pizza-making easily adapts to busy schedules and tastes and requires little in special equipment.
Alexandra writes recipes (and cookbooks) that we all can appreciate – those books that become flour dusted, dog-eared and our go-to books for inspiration and delicious creations.
Our takes you inside this book and features the following
- Blistered shishito pizza with onions and Monterey Jack
- Ratatouille
- Peach and tomato salad with basil and balsamic
- Sicilian-style veggie-loaded pizza
- Beets and mixed greens salad with golden raisins and pistachios
- Raw snap pea salad with radishes and mint
- Loaf pan tiramisu
To celebrate Alexandra’s book – we are also offering an Emile Henry pizza stone to one US winner with a copy of the book. This stone is made from high performance ceramic. It helps create pizzas with a golden, crispy crust; ensuring that the pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in a traditional pizza oven. Re-create brick oven pizzas by using this stone in the oven or on the grill. The sealed surface allows for easy release with no residual odors or stains and it can also be used for grilling vegetables or fish over the grill.
Special thanks to the publisher for providing a copy of Pizza Night and to Emile Henry for offering one of their pizza stones in our promotion open to US Members only – EYB is providing one additional copy worldwide.
