IACP Membership Savings
August 2, 2018 by JennyWe’re excited to share with our members a great deal on membership in one of the foremost culinary networks, International Association of Culinary Professionals.
In 1978, a group of cooking school owners and instructors, including Julia Child, Jacques Pépin, and Anne Willan, came together for mutual professional support. They created the IACP and in the process, they laid a foundation for food culture in America and beyond.
Today, the IACP includes writers, photographers, stylists, bloggers, marketers, nutritionists, chefs, restaurateurs, culinary tour operators, artisan food producers, and academics and surely other professional types as well.
Join and gain access to:
- Webinars by industry leaders
- Membership directory filled with contact information for culinary professionals, food brands, publications, and marketing firms
- Easy networking
- Information on rates of pay and other compensation data
- Archive of select annual conference sessions
- The annual IACP conference where you can meet hundreds of industry leaders and fellow professionals. This year’s conference was a blast where Jane and I met with many authors and publishers. (The 2019 conference is in Santa Fe in May and Jane and I are planning to go!)
There are many levels of membership including a category for people whose careers are just getting off the ground and they all represent an opportunity to build new professional connections and to learn new skills.
