attention to bowl food in her second cookbook, The
Sprouted Kitchen: Bowl + Spoon. (Learn more about the

Spoon, Sara presents recipes in the way she often cooks at
home, combining vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in one
vessel to make a simple, complete, and nutritious meal.
