  Brisket. I'm always looking for a recipe better than my mother-in-law's, even though hers is the best. (As was she.) Not out of disloyality, but to see if it is possible. I also like the idea of brisket pita sandwiches, combining the Ashkenazic brisket with Sephardic pita.

  I'd love to try the Butternut Squash Mac ' n' cheese. It's great to find ways to put vegies in a recipe that children always love and the Mac 'n' Cheese Muffin Cups sounds really interesting too. All of the recipes sound great.

  Miso-glazed salmon sounds pretty awesome to me. Miso has emerged as the best way to excite my teenage kid's palate (though bacon does a pretty good job too).

  I'm all in for the clear chicken soup with julienned vegetables. Sometimes a well executed simple recipe is far more satisfying than something new and trendy.

  They all sound good, but I'd probably make the chicken soup first. I love my traditional chicken noodle soup, but an option that includes vegetables (other than carrots and celery) would be welcome.

  Challah, can never really get what I want in store or bakery bought, might just try to learn to bake my own. I wouldn't say this about most other kinds of bread.

  Ten variations of Challah! I'd like to try them all. Can they rival Julia Child's completely non-traditional version (uses milk and butter!)? Julia's is one of my favorites although I make it infrequently and I would love to find some fun "make all the time" parve challah recipes.

  I have to vote for the salmon with miso. We love both salmon and miso and the combination sounds devine. I especially like the dress it up/dress it down options for the recipes. Salmon, miso and avocado would also be a great combination.
