February 2023 EYB Cookbook Club Summary
February 21, 2023 by JennyEach month we offer at least four cooking options in our Eat Your Books Cookbook Club. This month we have been cooking from:
We had two of our most popular authors slated for last December and as the holidays translate into everyone being super busy – so we repeated these choices this month.

- Cookbook: Dinner in One: Exceptional & Easy One-Pan Meals by Melissa Clark (any Melissa Clark online recipes) or Smitten Kitchen Keepers: New Classics for Your Forever Files by Deb Perelman (any Deb Perelman online recipes)
- Baking: Any online dessert recipes
- Vegan/Veg Focused: Any online indexed vegan recipe (almost 50,000)
For past EYB Cookbook Club summaries, #EYBCookbookClub will pull up an archive of our club’s activities. Please note our announcement document shared in the club shares all our options (including those in the past). You will find March and April cooking options as well as our 2023 year-long options at the bottom of this post.
An EYB member recently asked what options were available for those not on Facebook. Please post your photos here on EYB as I always check the book’s member images and try to include those as well. We want everyone to participate.
Be sure to visit the group for more inspiration.
