    I find that going online (searching with a recipe title) is an invaluable resource. You find out if others really LIKED the recipe. And because our own kitchens aren't outfitted with every possible ingredient, you learn what someone else substituted or added, or included less salt, for instance (that's an important one to me since I really don't like the taste of too much salt). Always, the best thing to do is taste as you go!
