    Roast pukeko. Just kidding – it's in my great grandmother's cookbook. My mother used to make a delicious dish called chicken a la King but i don't have a recipe for it. it had asparagus and a creamy sauce. so I'll vote for that instead.

    my Acadian Grandmother used to make a potato and onion based dressing flavoured with summer savoury to stuff a large haddock which she then roasted with a little water in the pan. She made a white sauce with the drippings to pour over.
