Miami Cooks is another 2020 #cooksandeats cookbook from Figure 1. This hashtag link will pull up all the promotions we have done for the #cooksandeats series. This special series of books take recipes from each city’s finest chefs and restaurants and bring them all together in one beautiful title. (See our promotion for Phoenix Cooks).
Miami is a melting pot of cuisines taking influences from Cuba, Puerto Rico, Haiti, and other Latin American and Caribbean regions. Being a coastal city, of course, seafood is a prominent staple. There are many tempting globally inspired dishes in Miami Cooks from Chilean mussels, Persian carrot and sour cherry stew, Crispy orange chicken to French onion risotto.
